Shipping

Please find our shipping standards below. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

•  Shipping cost: $15 for the first pair of shoes and $10 for each additional pair.
  
•  Tracking and signature: We always provide 1) a tracking number and 2) signature confirmation if the order is above $250.
  
•  Processing time: Please allow for orders to be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days (weekdays excluded). 
  
•  Delivery time: Once shipped, it usually takes an additional 2-5 business days for the item to be shipped (4-5 days for orders on the West Coast).
  
•  International: International orders are currently not available, but we are working on it!
  
•  Local meetups: OQC is located in New York, NY. Please contact us for local pick ups.
