• What does OQC stand for?  OQC is an acronym for One Quetzal Company. We were inspired by the quetzal, Guatemala's national bird, after a recent trip to the country. 
• Where is OQC located?  New York, NY!

• What is your return policy?  We currently don't offer returns but feel free to ask for any additional photos prior to any purchases.
• Do you do trades?  Not at this time. 
• Do you double box?  Of course! We don't like to deal with crushed boxes either. 
• What payment methods are accepted? Paypal, which is very secure.
